Comfy Rooms
With king-size beds and well-appointed ensuite shower rooms, our stylish Deluxe King bedrooms are found on the ground and first floors. Rooms include 40” flatscreen televisions, DAB digital radios with Bluetooth, Artisan Coffee Co coffee and a selection of Teapigs teas alongside 1600 individual pocket spring mattresses, not to mention lovely plump pillows and soft sheets that guarantee a relaxing night’s rest and a wonderful relaxed stay.
One of our Comfy Rooms, Mottisfont, is also accessible.
In a couple of our Comfy Rooms we are able to accommodate an extra bed at an additional rate of £20 per person per night. Well-behaved dogs are also more than welcome in some of our bedrooms at a rate of £15 per stay. Please contact us to confirm any specific room requirements you may have.

Indulgence Rooms
Why not treat yourself to a little indulgence during your stay in Romsey. With a little more space to spread out but with all the features of our Comfy Rooms, our Indulgence Rooms are all located on the ground floor. With stylish ensuite shower rooms, a number of which with showers over baths, sumptuous super-king size beds as well as a host of lovely extras including fluffy bathrobes and slippers.
Our Indulgence rooms can also be prepared as twin-bedded rooms with two separate single beds, as well as being able to accommodate an extra bed at an additional rate of £20 per person per night. We also welcome well-behaved dogs in our Awbridge Room at a charge of £15 per stay. Please get in touch to confirm any specific room requirements you may have.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Our deposit and cancellation policies differ based on the rate type booked.
For Flexible rates, you can cancel up until 12 noon the day before arrival with no charge, no payment taken at time of booking – payment upon arrival. If you cancel after 12 noon on the day before arrival (Late Cancellation) or fail to arrive (No-Show) then we will charge the first night.
For Advance Purchase Rate – Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. It is not possible to amend or cancel your booking, this will result in us retaining the payment for your stay. The credit card used to pay for your booking will need to be shown on arrival at the hotel.

If you have made a reservation with us directly (either through our website, over the phone, or in person) please email or call us to modify or cancel your booking. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. If you have booked through a travel agent or other online booking service, you will need to contact them to request your change or cancellation.
